Kestrel

Kestrel has a white skin with purple/blue eyes, a creamy flesh and is long and oval in shape.

The Kestrel has the dual advantage of having versatile cooking characteristics and a great taste. Kestrel is therefore a good all-purpose potato which is excellent for frying and roasting and is full of flavour. It also mashes and microwaves well.
