Carlingford

The Carlingford is an oval shaped potato with a smooth white skin and flesh. Carlingford is one of the lesser known varieties in WA.

It grows all year round.  It is particularly good for boiling and also in salads as it maintains it shape and colour.  It also mashes, roasts and microwaves very well.
